In September, 2016 partners, Gus Saines and Greg McDermott, obtained a very favorable jury verdict on behalf of a defendant in an automobile accident personal injury trial in state court. The plaintiff claimed that her accident related injuries necessitated over $300,000 in medical bills, a premise that Gus and Greg sharply disputed on behalf of the defendant. The jury agreed with the defense, and awarded the plaintiff only $2,500.
